Robots and the female form, two of my favorite things rolled into one. It seemed to me that generally, in modern media, female robots are far more pin-up than robot. I wanted to push the level of robot-ness; hard edges, machinery- and see how far I could take it before the pin-up aspect was lost. How mechanical can something be while still looking sexy? And at what point does the whole thing seem absurd?
These are digital works, though they started out as pen on paper.
